The bigger Marina Martinique is a well-advanced and matured development, situated on the coastal plain between Jeffrey's Bay and Aston Bay.

As the original proclamation was completed in 1995, much of the Marina is already in place with many elegant homes bordering the seawater canals.

It enjoys 1.5km of dune and sea frontage onto a sandy beach that extends for some 36km. Residents also enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing and rowing in the seawater canals, right from their doorstep.

Aesthetic guidelines for building were laid down from the very beginning, resulting in a development of elegantly styled homes based on Cape Caribbean architecture.

Security is a priority, with controlled 24-hour access and electrified perimeter fencing. The entire development is patrolled on a regular basis both day and night.
The new Marina Village on Martinique is a separate development within Marina Martinique, with full access to the marina's waterways.
